Custom Products

• Standard Custom Work: All instruments produced through our website are custom-made using our specialized platform. This ensures a high level of customization while maintaining efficient production times.

• Platform Limitations: If your custom requirements exceed the capabilities of our platform, you may need to contact our parent company for further assistance. Special orders outside the scope of our platform are not handled through this website.

Ordering Process

• Measurement Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements for their custom keyboards. We offer a "Measure Together" service to assist with this process, but the final responsibility for measurements rests with the client.

• Confirmation and Production: Production will begin only after the client has confirmed the final measurements. Based on these measurements, we will determine the smallest feasible size for a wooden keyboard. If a smaller size is desired, plastic keys can be chosen for an additional fee.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is outlined separately and is an integral part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to our refund policy, which states that refunds are only available if the product does not match the confirmed measurements provided by the client.
