Custom Products

Due to the bespoke nature of our custom keyboards, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been made or ordered, except under specific conditions outlined below.

Responsibility for Measurements

• Client Responsibility: The measurements provided to us are the responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend using our "Measure Together" service for added certainty and accuracy.

• Measure Together Service: By booking this service, our team will assist you in obtaining precise measurements to ensure the best fit for your custom keyboard. However, the final measurements must be confirmed by the client.

Production and Confirmation

• Final Confirmation: We will only commence production after receiving the final confirmed measurements from the client.

• Wooden Keyboard Size Constraints: Based on the confirmed measurements, we will determine the smallest feasible size for a wooden keyboard. If the desired size is possible, we will produce it accordingly. If not, we will create the smallest possible size that can be made out of wood. Alternatively, the client can opt for plastic keys to achieve a smaller size by paying the additional cost.

Refund Conditions

• Incorrect Build: If the custom keyboard we produce does not match the confirmed measurements provided by the client, we will offer a full refund or a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate this process.

• No Other Refunds: Refunds are not available for any other reasons, including but not limited to changes in personal preference, incorrect measurements provided by the client, or misunderstandings about the product.
