We’ve made it easy for you to find the perfect ergonomic keyboard fit without the need to send any parts of your existing instrument to us. Our system is designed to guide you through the process in three simple steps, but each is optional depending on your needs.

Introduction Meeting: Start with a free, 45-minute video session where you can ask questions, get more information about our products, and learn about the measuring process.

Hand Size Measurement: We offer a paid service to help you determine the correct hand size for your custom keyboard. You’ll receive 3D-printed measuring tools and guidance to ensure the perfect fit.

Instrument Measurement: After determining the correct hand size, we’ll guide you through the process of measuring your instrument. There’s no need to send anything to us. Our system will assess whether your chosen keyboard can be made in wood and remain playable. If adjustments are necessary, we can either modify certain dimensions or offer a higher-cost option using plastics and hard bearing systems.
These steps are optional, and if you’re comfortable doing it yourself, you can skip any paid services.

Measure Your Fingers for a Custom Fit Yourself
We’re providing downloadable files (.step and .stl) that you can 3D print yourself or through a local print service. These tools will help you measure your fingers to find the right ergonomic fit for your piano keyboard.
How it works:

Print the files: Use any 3D printer or a local service to create the measuring tool.

Set up: Place the printed tool on a table at the height of your keyboard.

Position: Sit on your piano chair and fit your fingers between the different spaces on the tool.

Record the fit: For the space between your fingers, note the corresponding number. When testing the width of the black keytops, write down the letter that feels most comfortable. This will give you a code like "3M."

Test your reach: Imagine playing a piece with far-reaching jumps, and assess how narrow the black keytops can be for you.
People with larger fingers often need more space between keys but can manage narrower black keytops. Those with narrower fingers might prefer wider keytops, even if they require less space between the keys. This tool helps you determine what works best for your hands.
Download the Keyboard Measurement & Order Sheet
We provide a downloadable spreadsheet that allows you to accurately measure your current keyboard for a custom ergonomic replacement. The sheet includes over 100 values that need to be measured, along with a technical drawing of the keyboard marked with letters to guide you through the process.
How it works:

Download the sheet: Use the link provided to download the keyboard measurement and order form.

Measure your instrument: Follow the instructions in the spreadsheet, using the technical drawing to measure the required values on your current keyboard.

Provide your preferred size: Include the preferred keyboard size that you determined from the hand size measurements (e.g., "3M").

Submit your measurements: Once you've filled in all the necessary values and your preferred size, submit the sheet to us for review.

Next steps: After confirming the details and receiving payment, we will begin crafting your custom ergonomic keyboard based on the provided measurements.
